Green Mountain

Dear Visitor,

Green Mountain is my “platform” for doing my work in this world. Mainly, I train people in first aid and emergency medicine, which I do in affiliation with Remote Emergency Care. I combine years of ski patrol and ambulance service experience with facilitator skills in personal development gained both through my own company and other organisations such as Raleigh International.

I also maintain a foot in the area of personal development where I train and coach people in stretching their comfort zone and reaching their dream goals. I cherish moments of “peak experience” and when I can connect people in the world who can learn from and lift each other.

I am a Swedish and American citizen, holding a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, USA. My first career spanned ten years in pre-hospital emergency care and mountain rescue operations, working with and leading teams that serviced those in need.

Since leaving the USA in 1995, I have lived and work in Bulgaria, Ireland, Sweden, Scotland and now Yorkshire. My wife and I were married in 1998.

Testimonial from training in Texas:
”I wish to express my sincere appreciation for arranging and sponsoring the Field First Aid class that was held this past weekend at Texas A&M.  William Skaskiw provided an exceptional training program that truly met our needs for nontraditional first aid training; allowing us to respond to injuries and emergencies in the field when help is miles and hours away.  His mix of exercises, lectures and open discussion kept the class active for the entire time.”
